Smolex free samples term Committed to provide free samples for those who want to make sure that the goods will pass their testing, or to check whether the goods can be match their exit or project’s design. Smolex is confident that our Pin header and female header connectors will match the quality request of our customers, and always with more cost-efficient price.
How to get the free samples?
By fill the sample request form, added the info. with * is necessary. Try to describe the specification as detailed as better for us to understand what you may need, then click the submit button to send to message to us. or send the drawing or image to [email protected] directly if you have.
How many quantity samples could I apply?
Generally, Smolex try our best to make our customers happy, but consider the goods in stock and the cost, we could offer about 1-99 pcs samples. The quantity you will actually get it depend on what type of samples you need: Standard or Customizable. How many pins do you need for the samples: more big number of contacts and less quantity you may get.
For evaluation the quality such as the performance in Physical Electrical and Environment, may need different quantity of samples, it’s depend on the policy of each company, so we could not meet everyone’s requirement. Some customer ask 5-10pcs samples but in many versions, that’s acceptable and easy to arrange. Also the company has more seriously policy may order the Minimum Order Quantity directly instead of samples. All of them are optional.

How many days will the samples takes?
Standard version: 1-7 days.
Customized version: the delivery time will be notify after confirmed the items.
Note: All the free samples are send by Air service, and Smolex do not offer the Freight cost for the samples in commonly. For other request such send to goods to your agency or you already have the Express Account please notify. If by our express, we’ve cooperate with goods agency like DHL Fedex TNT UPS and so on with low price. and you will received the samples in 2-6 days depend on what country you located.
